The new Facebook Security Chief wants to set a date to end Flash , Because last week a 400GB cache of files stolen from spyware company Hacking Team founded a major vulnerability in Flash that allowed hackers to execute malicious code on a target’s machine via a website.
Due to that Mozilla’s Firefox browser now blocks Adobe’s vulnerability-riddled software as standard. This was conformed by a tweet from the Mark Schmidt (The head of the Firefox team at Mozilla) . In that He conformed that all versions of Flash Player are blocked in the browser in a new update. Also there was an image showing a raised fist and the phrase “Occupy Flash.” in the tweet.
But its not completely gone , if you wish to enable Flash in your Firefox then you can do so by going to settings menu. Firefox is not the first internet company to drop flash , Company’s like Youtube dropped Flash and used HTML5 in there default player , Also Google Chrome now pauses instances of Flash video on its pages. Adobe the owner of flash itself stopped active development of Flash Player for mobile.
